Mark Hammond
Mark’s experience and expertise in transforming team behaviour and culture with leaders and their teams, grew from over 20 years working in the field of Organisational Development within large organisations, around the world.
His work across many diverse cultures and a number of sectors, from financial services to consumer electronics, and professional services to media, has helped him hone a strong commercial insight.
Mark currently delivers a variety of client projects internationally, focused on enabling highly effective behaviours that transform team performance.
His talent is the ability to combine his experience and enable behaviours that sustain outstanding commercial results.
His approach is deeply experiential within the rich context of a client’s day to day business. His approach embeds Psychological Safety, Vulnerability, and Trust as essential foundations in a process that enables outcomes such as increased engagement, innovation, retention, and high performance.
Mark holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of London at Birkbeck College, enjoys all things aviation and rugby, and lives with his family in Surrey, just outside London.
