Georgie Woods

Georgie has 15 years of experience rooted in leading People and Culture in fast growing, scaling brands and businesses.

She was part of Sipsmith’s success from its infancy, leading People and Culture as well as being on the Executive Board, through its scale up, acquisition by a corporate; the latter transition and beyond.

She’s well versed in navigating and leading the fast pace, ever-changing and unpredictable pathways of scaling businesses, whether that’s from planning strategy and problem solving to rolling up her sleeves to get the job done.

On the days she’s not working, she’ll happily be found walking her dog, building dens or going on adventures with her kids, enjoying a hearty laugh with friends or drinking a beautifully made (strong) cocktail whilst cooking something tasty.
