Claire is a qualified business psychologist, strengths and leadership coach and NLP practitioner.

After an early career in the ski industry and TV production, Claire spent an extended period working in the public sector before moving into professional services. This broad experience, and the associated shifts in context involved, developed in her a passion for developing high-performance organisational cultures

She lives in SW London with her family and escapes to the mountains whenever she can.
