Cath Hird
Cath has over 20 years’ account management experience in the service industry and previously worked as a commercial Account Director at Hays, RR Donnelley and Yodel.
She has managed a wide variety of clients within the Retail, Telecommunications, IT and Financial Service industries both in a service and business development capacity and brings this experience to Coode as a Client Service Manager.
Having lived through a variety of mergers, acquisitions and rebrands, she has great knowledge and experience in what it takes to successfully project manage clients through small, medium and large scale change initiatives. She is skilled in developing and nurturing strong relationships, business processes and systems and planning and delivering a great customer experience.
Cath lives in south west London and plays competitive netball for Teddington Netball Club. In addition to a general love of the outdoors, she is a keen gardener, an avid tennis fan, and enjoys watching live sporting events.
