Our approach to defining values ensures that an organisation’s values are more than just window-dressing and posters stuck on walls. Our process ensures strategic alignment alongside generating strong buy-in from the front-line. We do this by working with all organisational levels and by getting to the actual behaviours that will be displayed.
This ‘top-down’ and ‘bottom-up’ approach is the perfect set-up for implementing the culture that is defined by the values. As with all our work, we do it with a light-touch, maximum organisational involvement (values don’t work when imposed from the outside) and at pace.
