Sophie Appleby

Sophie brings 20 years of experience in leadership and marketing at TalkTalk, Playtex, British Airways, Yves Saint Laurent and Danone.

At Coode, she is one of our business and culture change management experts.  A French native, Sophie speaks fluent French, English and conversational Spanish and plays a key role in both our UK and international engagements.

She has extensive coaching experience working with customer-focused organisations, helping to shift attitudes towards customer retention and engagement programmes to achieve sustainable growth. Throughout her engagements she also focuses on individual and team behaviours linked to Emotional Intelligence, a strong enabler in people‘s development, performance and leadership skills. She is a qualified RocheMartin coach in Emotional Intelligence has completed fundamentals in Team Systemic Coaching with the ORSC.

Sophie holds an International Business degree from The European Business School in Paris, as well as a group facilitation qualification from the AVARAP Association for career change workshops.  She is a member of the Institute of Consulting and has been a start-up business mentor volunteer at the Prince’s Trust Charity since 2011.

Sophie is married to an Englishman and has lived and worked in London since 1995.
