Claire’s professional background is in Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Technology Services, the Finance industry and the Not-For-Profit sector.

Over 25 years, successively as a human resources professional, consultant and executive coach, she has supported global organisations such as the United Nations, Cadbury-Schweppes, Dresdner Bank, Unilever, Danone, Mars Group, Mondelez, McDonalds, BP, Lloyds Bank, Société Générale, BNP Paribas, Aviva, Olympus, Spotify, Vodaphone, Costa and L’Oréal, to name a few.

A former member of a school board and having been the youngest selected member of the executive committee at Cadbury-Schweppes France, she understands how top teams operate and their impact.

Claire enjoys supporting teams as much as individuals through leadership development, team building, coaching and assessment.

She is a French national whose professional and personal life took her to the USA, Germany, Switzerland, Portugal and the UK. She has worked on an international basis all her career, having supported individuals from more than 60 nationalities. She works equally well in French and English and speaks fluent German. She raised her children to speak 4 languages fluently.

Claire has a Master’s degree in business and is an accredited coach. She also qualified in systemic coaching, top team coaching, emotional intelligence assessment and mindfulness for coaches.

She enjoys global travel with her family. She has lived in London since 1998 with her German husband.
